Get Fit With Your Kid

Parents should always lead a good example to their children. One of these should focus on staying healthy. As much as you want to eat all the junk foods, chips, sugary products, etc, you must take into consideration that little girl/boy looking up to you and copying every move you make, even the food you intake. This is why as parents, you need to discipline yourself. Here are a few ways on how you can get fit with your kid.

  • Always store vegetables and fruits inside the house. Use this as an alternative to junk food. And while you’re at it, give your little one slices of these very healthy snacks
  • Make it a point to hydrate yourself by drinking water everyday. Let you kid do the same. Let him get used to the idea that soda will not quench his thirst. Only water can
  • Take a walk with your child. This will exercise both of you and strengthen your bonding moments
  • Get 8 hours of sleep. Turn off the tube. Do not let your kid see you dose off while staying so late watching your favorite tv series
